1. What do I need to bring to board?
We require current vaccination records. We supply everything needed to care for your pet.  However, if you prefer to bring their own food, bedding or toys, you are more than welcome to do so.

2. What vaccines are needed to board?
Vaccines needed are DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordettella “Canine Cough”. DHLPP is a yearly vaccine, Rabies are per the state you live in. West Virginia is a 2 year vaccine, and Bordattella is a yearly vaccine also.  If for any medical reason that your pet can NOT be vaccinated, a letter from your vet is needed.

3. What food do we use and how often?
We feed Diamond Brand food, which is a maintenance formula. We feed twice daily.  Other feeding arrangements can be made as needed.

 4. How often are the dogs put out and where?
All dogs are given 3 “potty” breaks a day in our large fenced yards.  Extra yard time is available for an additional fee.

5. Do we need to make reservations?
Yes.  Reservations are required to guarantee your pet has a space. 

6. What if my pet is on medication?
Bring the medication with you when you check in and for $1.75 each dose, we will give the medicine to your dog as prescribed by your veterinarian.

7. What if my dog gets sick while being boarded there?
We will take your pet to a veterinarian if needed and make all efforts to contact you as well.

8. Are the kennels heated and air conditioned?
Yes. The kennels are climate controlled year round for your pets comfort.
